Governors

Working with the Headteacher and the school's leadership team, a school governor's role is to contribute to the successful running of the school including taking responsibility in the strategic areas of finance, school premises, curriculum, and staffing.

 

Smaller sub-committees are set up to focus on specific areas.

 

Meetings of the Full Governing Body are held once every half term and the sub-committees meet either on a termly or half-termly basis. Please note that the school office holds the minutes of the meetings, which can be made available to members of the public. Please ask at the school office if you wish to read these.
